The Impact you will have:


We have an exception role for you, in the position of
Head of Brand Strategy, this is an exciting new role offered on a 12-month FTC for you to develop and deliver a compelling HCA brand story and CVP framework.

Setting brand direction and strategy, which includes defining creative principles and tone of voice. You will also guide brand implementation and governance across HCA healthcare UK.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Implement brand awareness metrics, being responsible for measurement and reporting of brand and campaign success.
  • Be a brand champion across digital, and support with look, feel and customer experience of website and other digital platforms
  • Commission and manage competitor and customer research where required, keeping up to date with healthcare and societal trends.
  • Engage employees and stakeholders across the business in bringing the HCA brand to life in marketing and customer experience
  • Managing creative agencies where required, ensuring delivery within time and budget
  • The management of business cases, budget, ensuring strong ROI.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has;

  • 10+ years' experience in brand & marketing, with experience in senior brand roles
  • Agency experience welcome
  • Experience and understanding of healthcare sector preferable
