  • Guide and mentor team members to foster their professional development.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all departments.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and propose innovative marketing strategies.
  • Identify and explore new channel opportunities to expand brand reach.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing teams.
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of creativity.
  • Strong analytical abilities and project management expertise.
  • Thorough understanding of various marketing channels.
  • Experience with unconventional marketing campaigns.
