Marketing Manager

Location: Hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days in the office.

Salary Range: £40,000 - £45,000 (Annual Salary, Depending on Experience)

Role Overview:

The Marketing Manager will be instrumental in crafting and executing marketing strategies that enhance FundOnion's brand visibility, attract new clients, and drive revenue growth. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, with a strong focus on digital marketing, content creation, and data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid history of successful marketing initiatives and a comprehensive understanding of the financial technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Formulate and execute detailed marketing strategies to promote FundOnion's offerings.Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.Collaborate with senior management to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals.

Digital Marketing Management:

Oversee and optimize FundOnion's digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.Design and implement data-driven campaigns aimed at boosting website traffic, lead generation, and customer acquisition.Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives, using insights to refine strategies and enhance ROI.

Content Development:

Supervise the creation of engaging and informative content, such as blog articles, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and social media posts.Work with internal and external partners to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives.Manage the content calendar to guarantee timely delivery of high-quality materials.

Brand Development:

Strengthen and uphold FundOnion's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing communications.Develop and execute public relations strategies to enhance brand recognition and credibility.Establish and nurture relationships with industry influencers, media outlets, and strategic partners.

Customer Engagement Marketing:

Design, optimize, and implement marketing campaigns targeting FundOnion's existing user and borrower base.

Performance Monitoring:

Track and report on essential marketing metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.Utilize analytics tools to assess the success of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the financial technology sector.Demonstrated success in executing digital marketing campaigns and strategies.Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative mindset with the capacity to generate innovative marketing concepts.Strong project management capabilities and the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
