Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with Wype's goals and drives awareness, engagement, and growth across the right marketing channels at the right times.
  • Shape the brand voice and ensure our messaging is clear, consistent, and impactful across all touchpoints, both physical and digital.
  • Lead collaborations and identify strategic partnerships that enhance Wype's brand visibility and drive mutual value.
  • Oversee budget management and make informed decisions to ensure effective use of resources while driving strong results.
  • Measure success and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of brand initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimise performance.
  • Leverage data and market research to fine-tune both the product offering and marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with broader business goals.

Requirements:

  • 7+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in brand management or marketing within creative-led consumer goods businesses, ideally with experience in startups and larger companies.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Resilient, tenacious, confident self-starter and innovative problem solver who can flourish in a fast-paced environment and adjust work course according to business needs and priorities.
  • Strategic Vision & Creative Execution: Ability to translate big ideas into actionable brand strategies and campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Content & Multi-Channel Marketing Expertise: Skilled in driving brand presence across digital and traditional channels.
  • Results-driven and Analytical: Proficient in sourcing and combining quantitative and qualitative data to form strategies and influence decision-making.
  • Budget Management: Experience managing brand budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and maximising ROI.
  • Trend Spotter: Keen eye for emerging trends in culture, consumer behaviour, and technology to keep the brand relevant, fresh, and competitive.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional at articulating a brand vision and inspiring others through clear, effective storytelling, balancing aesthetic and data.
  • Passion for Consumer & Product: You love understanding consumer needs and behaviours and are equally passionate about developing products that meet those needs, ensuring a seamless connection between the brand's offerings and customer desires.
