Exciting opportunity has arisen within our company and we are seeking a passionate enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team.

Weekly wage - Negotiable depending on experience

You will be Paid on a weekly basis

Working Week - 37.5hrs per week
Monday to Friday - 09:00 - 17:00

45 minute lunch break

Start date - Immediate

Based at our head office in Paisley

We require an Administrative Assistant with a willingness to learn and an interest in providing excellent customer service with good interpersonal skills

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Answer and redirect incoming telephone calls
  • Making outbound calls to customers
  • Accurate record keeping
  • Filing
  • Updating our job tracking system and client portals
