We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrator to join our team at ABM UK. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and supporting the day-to-day administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to multiple teams within the organization, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, utilizing your exceptional organizational skills.
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations, showcasing your attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Maintain and update databases and files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Process and track invoices, expenses, and purchase orders, demonstrating your ability to multitask effectively.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, bringing your creative and problem-solving skills to the table.
  • Handle general inquiries, both internally and externally, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
