Job Summary

The Executive Assistant is a critical role that provides administrative support to three EMEA Leaders, ensuring seamless coordination of activities and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of organization and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely completion of administrative duties.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations and expense tracking, to ensure smooth execution of global travel activities.
  • Manage confidential information and documentation with discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide meeting and event coordination, including reservations, attendee communication, and setup of audio and video conferencing.
  • Assist with data compilation and analysis, and track key results to drive completion of outstanding items.
  • Generate and compose confidential documents and materials, and amend as needed.
  • Act as an information source on departmental and company policies and procedures.
  • Employ innovative methods and procedures to improve administrative processes and engage process users in improvement efforts.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, with a focus on executive support and coordination.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
