Job Summary

The Executive Assistant plays a vital role in supporting three EMEA Leaders, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of organization and prioritization, ensuring timely and efficient execution of tasks and meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders, contractors, and vendors to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Proactively handle communication, including emails, phone calls, and messages, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Coordinate global travel activities, including arrangements, expenses, and reporting.
  • Manage confidential information and documentation with discretion and professionalism.
  • Take initiative to plan and coordinate departmental activities, including business reviews and meetings.
  • Provide meeting and event coordination, including reservations, audio/video conferencing, and catering.
  • Assist with data compilation, analysis, and presentation, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Track and drive completion of key results, following up on outstanding items.
  • Generate and compose confidential documents and materials, as needed.
  • Act as an information source on departmental and company policies and procedures.
  • Employ innovative methods and procedures to improve administrative processes and efficiency.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high level of discretion and professionalism is required when handling confidential information.
