Administrative Officer

NHS Scotland is seeking a highly organized and skilled Administrative Officer to join our team in the Dermatology department at Dykebar Hospital. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide comprehensive support to the Dermatology Service Manager, Lead Nurse, and Waiting List/Admin Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial services to the Dermatology team
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- HNC, SVQIII in Secretarial Studies or Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Advanced keyboard skills
- Good organizational and communication skills
