As aStrategic Finance Adviser, you’ll be providing NatWest Marketbusiness insights and market knowledge to assist the leadershipteam to make key product, cost and investments specific decisionsin conjunction with thefranchise.
You’ll alsobe:
- Analysing financialregulatory change impact on products andservices
- Using the data and analytics thinkingrequired to solve strategic problems using the latest tools andtechniques
- Collaborating with our Financecentre of excellence to provide specific financial plans,forecasts, stress testing and customer, market or segmentanalysis
- Reviewing and challenging the useof resources presented in investment decisions andbusiness cases
- Providing investment trackingand forecastingreviews
Theskills you'llneed
To succeed inthis role, you’ll need excellent stakeholder management skills andthe ability to communicate, influence and resolve conflict. Alongwith planning and organisation capabilities, you’ll need theability to deal with ambiguity, uncertainty and risk and work in aflexible environment.
You’llalsodemonstrate:
- Strongdata analysis and modelling skills
- The abilityto communicate complex financial information in a concise andnon-technical manner
- The ability to create andreview plans, forecasts, models and stressscenarios
- Strategic awareness and the abilityto apply business knowledge, expertise and challenge to support thebusiness, with focus on investment banking
