Ce que vous ferez

En tant que Finance Strategy Partner, vous fournirez des informations commerciales et des connaissances du marché à NatWest Markets pour aider l'équipe de direction à prendre des décisions clés concernant les produits, les coûts et les investissements en collaboration avec la franchise.

Vous serez également :

  • En train d'analyser l'impact des changements réglementaires financiers sur les produits et services
  • Utilisant les données et la réflexion analytique nécessaires pour résoudre des problèmes stratégiques en utilisant les derniers outils et techniques
  • Collaborant avec notre centre d'excellence financière pour fournir des plans financiers spécifiques, des prévisions, des tests de résistance et des analyses de clients, de marché ou de segment
  • Examinant et remettant en question l'utilisation des ressources présentées dans les décisions d'investissement et les cas d'affaires
  • Fournissant des suivis et des prévisions d'investissement

Les compétences requises

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous aurez besoin d'excellentes compétences en gestion des parties prenantes et de la capacité à communiquer, influencer et résoudre des conflits. En plus de vos capacités de planification et d'organisation, vous devrez être capable de gérer l'ambiguïté, l'incertitude et le risque, et de travailler dans un environnement flexible.

Vous démontrerez également :

  • De solides compétences en analyse de données et en modélisation
  • La capacité de communiquer des informations financières complexes de manière concise et non technique
  • La capacité de créer et de revoir des plans, des prévisions, des modèles et des scénarios de stress
  • Une conscience stratégique et la capacité d'appliquer des connaissances commerciales, d'expertise et de défi pour soutenir l'entreprise, avec un accent sur la banque d'investissement
  • Une bonne connaissance fonctionnelle des finances, des connaissances comptables et des connaissances sur les produits et segments de marché
