Your new company
Hays Business Support are recruiting on behalf of our client based in St Andrews for a temporary administrator to join their team to help them through a busy project for a period of circa 2 to 3 months. This opportunity pays a competitive hourly rate of £12.00 - £13.00 per hour depending on experience. This opportunity is based full-time in the office in St Andrews, but does offer flexibility around the hours worked.
Your new role
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will provide administrative support to the company while they prepare for an office move. You will complete extensive filing & scanning of paperwork, along with destroying confidential office documents. You will be dealing with accurate data entry, online filing and the use of various computer systems. You will also deal with any other responsibilities required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a good all-rounder who is happy to help out in any area. You will have working experience within an office environment. You must be able to work with complete confidentiality as you will be dealing with documents that contain confidential information. You must be immediately available or on no more than 1 week's notice.
