**About the role**
Our sociable, friendly and welcoming Human Resources Team are currently recruiting an HR Administrator to join them. This is an exciting new opportunity not to be missed Led by our Human Resources Director, you’ll provide administrative support to the team and wider business.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop a thorough understanding of company policy and procedures.
- Develop a thorough understanding on how to use HRDS and SAP in conjunction with the HR Business Partner. This includes - starters, leavers and changes.
- Thorough understanding of Quinyx system (Time and Attendance) - first point of associate contact for HR related matters regarding system as trained by HR Business Partner.
- Complete quarterly reporting of casuals for each department ensuring all are current and available for work in line with Quinyx.
- Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR reports and complete HR metrics on a monthly basis in conjunction with the HR Business Partner.
- Raise purchase orders and invoices on the e-pro system and ensure all are paid to due date in conjunction with the HR Business Partner.
- Create and Process contract packs to include all necessary documentation and information for new non-exempt associates.
- Responsible for the preparation of all, termination, promotion, and transfer letters of non
- exempt associates in conjunction with the HR Business Partner
- Carry out all pre-employment checks for prospective associates.
- Allocation of the training platform mapal 1 pre-employment Training where required and the subsequent tracking and follow up of completion of this training.
- Review of new associates completion of training prior to start date and advise managers if not completed.
- Carry out Right to work employment checks
- Coordinate and administer Staff Birthdays/service anniversaries
- Coordinate and administer staff taxi policy
- Support induction administration - Name badges, Handbooks, TAX forms, Photos & ID Cards - support diarise induction programmes with the Director Human Resources.
- Support the HR Team for all hotel training and development programmes organisation and administration. Prepare any materials required e.g. Induction Packs, training and recruitment as required.
- Coordinate timely reporting of probationary period review dates, in addition to administering successful completion of probationary period and probationary period extension letters in line with Company policy.
- Lockers Administration and weekly checks of the Changing Rooms.
- Letters e.g. employment references and accommodation references
- Maintaining the online filing and archiving of all relevant documents for staff.
- Support with administration in relation to company initiatives such as HOME, GLINT, MyHR, ShareCare, annual Merit letters etc.
