About the Role
As a member of our busy Contact Centre team, you will play a key role in managing our customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the entire customer journey, including handling customer complaints and finding effective resolutions. Booking customer appointments and arranging vehicle collections and returns. Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers and partners. Keeping insurance companies updated with relevant information. Updating and maintaining computer systems and portals. Ensuring daily KPI targets are met to maintain service excellence.About You
We are looking for individuals with prior experience in a fast-paced customer service environment. You should be able to:
Multi-task effectively : Handle various tasks in a busy setting without compromising on quality. Plan and organise: Manage your workload efficiently to ensure customers receive timely updates. Work accurately under pressure: Maintain attention to detail even when handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Be a team player : Collaborate effectively with colleagues while also being capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Adaptability : Show flexibility in your approach to changing situations and customer needs. Customer satisfaction : Maintain high standards with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.Experience in the automotive sector would be an advantage but is not essential. What matters most is your commitment to providing outstanding customer service and your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
