**About The Role**:
**Salary**: £22,070 pro rata per annum

**Location**: Chelmsford Contact Centre / Home working

**Hours**: 25 per week - Out of Hours, evenings & weekends

**Contract**: Permanent

Our Contact Centre is the first point of contact for all services within ECL, dealing with customer enquiries & referrals.

As a Contact Centre Advisor, you'll be answering incoming calls, dealing with enquiries and questions, handling complaints, troubleshooting problems and providing information with a helpful can-do attitude.

You will also be providing high quality administrative support to all services within ECL, using different IT systems. The role is varied, and full training will be provided to ensure you are highly skilled in all areas of ECL.

You will need to be flexible, have good computer skills and attention to detail. You will be expected to work proactively with colleagues and help to identify and implement continuous improvements and share best practice.

**About You**:
**To be considered as OOH Contact Centre Advisor, you need**:

- Previous Customer Service experience.
- Experience of administrative work in an office environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence to deal with a variety of customer situations.
- Great computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Accuracy / Attention to detail.
- Ability to work methodically both independently and as part of a team.
- Clear and effective telephone manner
