Purpose of Role:

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Prior company secretarial experience, corporate governance knowledge and / or proficiency in company secretarial software. Excellent attention to detail and an ability to prioritise tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
