Kingswood Group are currently recruiting for a Junior Secretary for a Global Law firm based in Glasgow.

Working for an established company, this role is supporting the busy Corporate team, providing a high quality and efficient secretarial/administrative service to fee-earners as required.

As it is a Junior position within the team, you will receive support, guidance and mentoring from more experienced secretarial colleagues.

Reporting to the Secretarial Manager, responsibilities will include a wide variety of general administrative tasks including;
Printing, scanning and copying as required
Electronic filing
Dealing with incoming/outgoing mail
Uploading and downloading documents to/from internal and external data sites
Arranging travel and accommodation and booking meeting rooms
Dealing with all aspects of matter administration
Copy-typing and digital dictation as required
Amending short documents as required
Processing fee-earner expenses
Liaison with Business Development, Marketing, Events and Finance Teams with a view to supporting them on specific team-based tasks
Assisting other Practice Groups where necessary

- Keen to learn
- **Office based administration experience preferred**:

- **Good Word and Excel skills**
