**Job Description**:
We are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join an esteemed Commercial Law Firm in Glasgow on a fixed term basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary in conveyancing with strong organisational abilities.
As a Legal Secretary, your daily responsibilities will be conducted with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism:

- Providing comprehensive secretarial support to the team and assisting with administrative tasks when needed.- Assisting fee earners in financial management, including handling disbursements, managing client balances, and addressing various client-specific billing requirements.- Generating monthly invoices for client issuance.- Managing diaries for all fee earners, coordinating internal and external appointments, and making arrangements for meetings, including booking meeting rooms or external venues as required.- Proofreading, amending, and maintaining consistent house style in legal reports and non-company documents.***

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary.- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential.- Familiarity with case management systems.- Exceptional prioritisation and organisational skills.- Ability to self-manage a significant workload within a busy team.- Confidence in delegating tasks when necessary.For more information on this role please click to apply
