Hybrid working with min. 2 days in the office

Full time, Permanent

Working hours between 8am & 6pm (No weekends)

Salary £23,500 per annum

How you’ll help us make health happen

You will be supporting the renewal and onboarding of Bupa’s corporate clients by facilitating all renewal activity and onboarding new business.

Working with out internal teams, you will maintain a network of stakeholders through the business in order to find solutions to issues, queries or complaints.

Develop excellent working relationships with our customers & intermediaries through various communication methods (email, telephony)

You will learn about our products and develop an understanding of these to support our customers.

Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role

Exceptional Customer Service Skills and a genuine desire to provide the best service to every customer.

Ability to problem solve and analyse situations to find the best outcome for our customers.

Strong team player with well-developed communication skills

Ability to demonstrate sound reasoning skills.

Good computer skills and the confidence to learn new in house and external systems.

Capability to manage own workload effectively.
