**Location: Manchester**
**Working Hours: Mon - Fri 10 am to 5 pm. No Weekend or Bank Holidays**
We are a national modern property auction company, founded in 2009 in order to revolutionise the property selling and buying market, and helping people by making it easier, cheaper and a lot simpler.
We have successfully grown over the years and now work with over 3,500 independent estate agents and over 600 partner branches, offering our service to sellers and buyers. Collectively, we have over 300 years of property experience and are leaders in the auction market.
And no, we don’t just operate with old and dilapidated properties. We sell everything, residential and commercial - from new builds, modern flats, and barn conversions to properties that need a bit of TLC. In fact, over 90% of our properties are owner or renter-occupied.

**Position Overview**:
As we are in a real stage of growth, we are seeking a **Customer Service and Onboarding Advisor**, to join and be an integral part of our **Manchester** team. The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate incoming leads over the phone, inform potential clients about our auction services and process, and gather essential information about their circumstances and property to facilitate a smooth transition to our auction managers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle incoming leads via phone calls and provide detailed information about our services and process.
- Engage with potential clients in a professional and empathetic manner, understanding their needs and circumstances related to selling their property.
- Collect relevant information about the property and the client's situation to assess their readiness for the auction process.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and client details using our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with auction managers to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads for the auction process.
- Chase clients on behalf of the auction manager in relation to ID, documents, and keep accurate records throughout the auction process.
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout all stages of their engagement with us.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Previous experience in secretarial, administration, client services, over the phone, or related fields preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to engage with clients professionally and empathetically, building rapport.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work with initiative and perform all daily tasks.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems or willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the property market or auction processes is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
