**Play an important part in our journey**
Working in the Business Support Centre you and the Customer Service team are responsible for ensuring that you lead the way in delivering exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers. You will handle effectively inbound and outbound calls providing advice and solutions to customer queries.
Working in our busy and friendly team, the role of our Customer Service Advisor is to respond to and action the wide range of queries and requests that come to you. These may be from our internal national account sales teams along with investigating and logging calls in line with our SLA’s through our Reflex system.
The role is the primary contact point for all our national account customers’ issues providing service excellence to reach resolutions and enhance their customer experience.
The role is varied, rewarding and will keep you busy as you help our colleagues and customer business grow.
