Key Responsibilities
- Support the renewal and onboarding of Bupa's corporate clients by facilitating all renewal activity and onboarding new business.
- Work with internal teams to maintain a network of stakeholders and find solutions to issues, queries, or complaints.
- Develop excellent working relationships with customers and intermediaries through various communication methods.
- Learn about our products and develop an understanding of these to support our customers.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine desire to provide the best service to every customer.
- Ability to problem-solve and analyze situations to find the best outcome for our customers.
- Strong team player with well-developed communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate sound reasoning skills.
