**What you'll be doing**

**How you'll help us make health happen**:
You'll proactively foster and develop excellent working relationships with our customers and intermediaries. You'll proactively build and maintain a network of contacts throughout the business in order to facilitate solutions to issues or complaints received via a number of mediums necessary and acting as a day to day contact for our customers to ensure there is a good customer experience. You'll also provide guidance and support to Account Managers at all times

**Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role**:

- The ability to investigate and resolve queries
- The ability to problem solve
- Thorough understanding of Bupa's products
- Confident and articulate with the ability to challenge at all levels effectively
- Self reliant, self disciplined
- Understanding of TCF principles and demonstrate commitment to Service Excellence
- Ability to work under pressure, use initiative, and the ability to work with a mínimal level of supervision
- Ability to work in a target driven environment and deliver results / achieve target
