Job Details

  • Record keeping and compliance - maintaining accurate records of property related documentation and assisting in preparing reports and summaries for the department on transformational priorities, compliance status and property services performance levels
  • Supporting projects and initiatives - assisting with the coordination of departmental projects (big and small) ensuring that timelines and requirements are met
  • Coordinating DSE assessments, following up on compliance and maintaining detailed records and regularly reviewing and updating the DSE assessment process to ensure if remains effective and up-to-date with current best practices
  • Evaluating reports from third-party suppliers to ensure they're meeting legal and organisational standards
  • Workspace checks, financial administration and general business support
  • Maintaining and updating the CAFM system and identifying opportunities to improve system efficiency and user experience, providing any training and support to colleagues on the use of the system

Skills we would love you to have

  • Experience in an administrative role within facilities/property management environment with a general knowledge of building maintenance processes and health and safety regulations
  • Experience in managing and maintaining records and handling financial administration tasks
  • Experience of working as a part of a team - very pragmatic and creative with strong communication and interpersonal skills
