We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Facilities and Administration Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Facilities and Administration Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our head office.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the building is opened and closed at the appropriate hours, enabling staff to begin work at their stated times.
- Answer all calls to the company switchboard and greet visitors promptly.
- Manage post and deliveries, as well as meeting room bookings and set-ups.
- Compile a weekly parking rota to strict deadlines.
- Liaise with contractors and utility providers associated with the office.
- Ensure stationery is well stocked and controlled.
- Assist with HR records, company secretarial duties, and management board administration.
