As a Clinical Administration Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the Respiratory Physiology department, providing clerical and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the team.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including hospital systems and patient information;
  • Ensuring all referrals are processed efficiently and in accordance with local and national guidelines;
  • Coordinating appointments, clinics, and outcomes, ensuring seamless communication between teams;
  • Liaising with peripheral hospitals and requesting medical records as needed;
  • Providing excellent customer service to patients, carers, and visitors, offering non-clinical advice and guidance when required;
  • Prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines and targets, working flexibly to provide cover during absences;

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also have experience with Microsoft Office and data input, with a strong understanding of RTT guidelines.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including opportunities for career development and progression within the trust.
