Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Admin Assistant to join our team at the East Midlands Planned Care Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to work in brand new, state-of-the-art facilities, delivering high-quality administrative support to patients and staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient pathways, ensuring all relevant paperwork and medical notes are available for appointments. They will also provide reception services to patients, deal with queries and enquiries, and maintain accurate records.
This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks. Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role, particularly in a patient care environment, is desirable.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, a commitment to confidentiality and data protection, and a willingness to learn and develop their skills.
This is a full-time position, working until 6 PM, with occasional Saturdays. We offer competitive pay of £19,050 per annum, training opportunities, and a dynamic team environment.
Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Educated to secondary school level
- GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months' experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Previous experience in a patient care environment
- Awareness of national policy concerning patient care
- Data protection and confidentiality knowledge
