Administrative Coordinator for Specialist Pneumonia Service

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in the Specialist Pneumonia Intervention Nurse (SPIN) Service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day administration of the service, including clinics and specialist database use.
With strong communication skills and attention to detail, this role requires someone who can manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Salary:£25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description
- To register clinic patient referrals on HISS and other UHL software as appropriate and ensure that appropriate clinic appointment letters are sent out in keeping with Trust policy.
- To assist in the day-to-day running of the Virtual clinic, including slot management.
- To be responsible for liaising with Consultants regarding urgent enquiries.
- Locate and prepare patient records for the clinic.
- Inform the imaging department of all required CXRs for the daily clinic, including preparing relevant paperwork.
- To be responsible for the timeliness, accuracy, and integrity of the data recorded on paper and electronic systems.
- To ensure that approved clinic results are communicated to the specialist nursing team.
- To ensure that data & reports are accurate and available as required.
