Job Overview
As an Employee Benefits Administrator within the Employee Benefits Team, you will play a vital role in providing essential administrative support. Your responsibilities will focus on assisting with the management of client accounts, supporting sales activities, and ensuring the efficient operation of our employee benefits services. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be key in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and contributing significantly to the department's overall achievements.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the management of client accounts, including data entry and record maintenance.Support sales activities, such as generating quotes and proposals, and coordinating with producers.Evaluate and recommend new business opportunities, identifying potential risks and benefits.Requirements
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of [2-3] years of administration experience, preferably within a professional services environment.
- An understanding of the employee benefits market, including private medical insurance, group risk, and business protection.
- Familiarity with current insurance market practices, key providers, and their products in the main areas of employee benefits.
- Proficiency in using company systems and procedures for maintaining client records (e.g., EPIC, MS Office, insurer online quotation systems, insurer broker portals, credit control, and accounts functions).
Salary & Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to £25,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits package.
