Financial Services Assistant

This experienced Accounts Assistant role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to join our small, friendly, and professional finance department.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in accounts administration to work on a hybrid basis until the end of July 2025, with potential for permanence. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Purchase Ledger Management
- Processing Inter-Company Client Invoices
- Assisting with Payment Runs and AP Reports
- Sales Ledger/BACS Operations
- Credit Control Assistance
- Account/Statement Reconciliations
- Expense Processing
- Company Vehicle Management
- Ad-Hoc Duties
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000 FTE, with flexible working hours suitable for school runs. Our hybrid working arrangement offers 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Generous holidays and parking facilities are also included.
