Job Title: Payroll Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team at a well-established Accountancy Practice in Leicestershire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll according to both weekly and monthly schedules
  • Verify accuracy of PAYE, NI, and pension deductions

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all areas of payroll are compliant with HMRC regulations. This includes processing payroll according to both weekly and monthly schedules, verifying the accuracy of PAYE, NI, and pension deductions, and handling client communications, including payroll reports and compliance submissions.

Requirements:
  • Strong technical knowledge of payroll, including calculations, PAYE/NI thresholds and pension schemes
  • Experience with systems such as Sage or Xero is advantageous

We offer a competitive salary of £28,500 per annum, depending on experience, and a hybrid working arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days from home after probation). Our benefits package includes generous holiday entitlement, pension scheme, parking facilities, and more.
