Bookkeeper and Financial Administrator

We are looking for a highly skilled Bookkeeper and Financial Administrator to join our team based in Hinckley. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing the purchase ledger and queries, preparing and submitting Payroll, and assisting in preparing monthly accounts (P&L and balance sheet) for three companies.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and oversee the purchase ledger and queries
- Prepare and submit Payroll
- Assist in preparing monthly accounts (P&L and balance sheet) for three companies
- Prepare and submit information to statutory authorities including HMRC
- Liaise with external advisors on the preparation of statutory financial information and insurances
- Update and maintain accuracy with forecasting models (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow)
- Perform ad-hoc jobs as required
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years previous experience in a similar role
- Superb spoken and written communication skills
- A professional manner
- Excellent computer literacy
Salary: £32,000 per annum.
