About the Role

Sales Friends is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Administration Coordinator to support our External Sales Team. As an External Sales Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer service, respond to enquiries, and resolve daily problems.

Your key responsibilities will include liaising with customers, internal departments, and obtaining price information, samples, and orders. You will process orders, raise orders on systems, and progress chase orders to ensure delivery dates are met. Additionally, you will supply customers with weekly or monthly stock sheets and negotiate delivery dates with customers.

The ideal candidate will have a good standard of education, a customer service background, and excellent telephone skills. They should be computer literate with knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and databases. A salary of $55,000 - $70,000 per annum is offered for this position, depending on experience.
