Administrative Sales Support
This role is responsible for delivering exceptional administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless sales operations and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
- To process and manage sales orders efficiently, ensuring prompt order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- To coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, shipment, and delivery.
- To respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate and helpful information.
- To prepare and distribute sales-related documents, including proposals, quotes, and contracts.
What You'll Need
* 2+ years' experience in a sales support or office administration role
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Salary Information
$45,000 - $55,000 per annum based on location and experience.
