About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Office Administrator to join our team at Recra Consulting. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage Sales Orders: Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing, shipment, and delivery.
  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Prepare Sales-Related Documents: Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, including proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Maintain Customer and Sales Data: Maintain accurate customer and sales data in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
  • Support Sales Reporting and Analysis: Assist in generating sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to provide valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Communicate Promotions and Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively communicate promotions and campaigns to the sales team and customers.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a sales support or office administration role is preferred.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • CMS Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.

Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary range to be around £28,000 per annum.
