Sales Account Manager Role Overview

The Sales Account Manager will provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This includes raising quotations, issuing and following up, processing sales orders, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Raise quotations and issue follow-ups
  • Process sales orders and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with internal departments for timely delivery
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
