Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Recra Consulting. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

As a Sales and Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and interacting with various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and smooth operations. Your primary focus will be on providing outstanding customer service, handling inquiries, processing orders, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to conduct customer discovery and develop effective strategies to drive sales conversions.
  • Manage and respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist the sales team in reviewing and managing the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and proactive communication with customers.
  • Handle internal and external customer queries professionally and effectively, providing accurate information and guidance.
  • Provide support in Customer Services, including order progress updates and logistics assistance to customers.
  • Accurately manage CRM and ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Conduct contract reviews and facilitate order processing, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure proper document control and organization, maintaining a secure and efficient workflow.
  • Adhere to company policies, exceed customer expectations, and maintain professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service focus.
  • Experience in a business-to-business customer service role, preferably with a background in sales and marketing.
  • Proficient in numeracy and literacy, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with excellent administrative skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities, adept at fostering effective internal and external partnerships.
  • Problem-solving capabilities, ability to work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite, with a willingness to learn new software and technologies.
