Sales Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support our sales efforts by managing client inquiries, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication between teams.
Key Responsibilities- Daily Calls and Enquiries: Coordinate daily calls and enquiries for the Sales Team, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Paperwork Management: Support the Sales Team in managing paperwork, ensuring all information is correctly communicated to relevant production teams.
- Stock Management: Learn all aspects of stock management and deputise for the Sales Team as required.
- Liaising with Operations and Commercial: Communicate effectively with all areas of operations and commercial.
- Paperwork and Annexes: Manage paperwork and annexes, liaising with weighbridge teams regarding collections.
- Entering Orders: Support the Sales Coordinator with entering orders onto the system and managing the process for collection.
- Material Collection Schedule: Support with daily Material Collection Schedule and booking in times.
- Collection Reference Numbers: Support with raising and sending of all collection reference numbers to customers/hauliers/shipping lines.
- Goods Out Supervision: Daily supervision of Goods Out, vehicle turnaround times, and demurrage.
- Scheduling for Goods Out Loads: Weekly scheduling for Goods Out loads including Planned Delivery Schedule.
- Arranging Transport: Weekly arranging of transport for Goods Out Loads.
- Incoming Loads Supervision: Daily supervision of incoming loads throughout the week, updating the schedule and deleting incomplete loads the following week.
- Administration Experience: Previous administration experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Good telephone manner and communication skills.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages such as Excel and Word.
- Organisational Skills: Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Pressure Management: Ability to work in a highly pressured environment.
- Annual Leave: 28 days paid annual leave per annum.
