Are you a driven sales professional looking to take your career to the next level in the medical industry?

We're partnering with a leading Medical Device company to recruit high-achieving salespeople to drive business growth across NHS and private hospitals. In this field-based role, you'll be selling innovative medical solutions, with a special focus on vascular access products, into operating theatres and critical care departments.

The Opportunity:

You'll be responsible for managing a territory, developing a robust sales strategy, driving new business development, and delivering/exceeding sales targets. You'll also build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.

Requirements:

You have at least 18 months of B2B field sales experience with a proven track record of new business development. You must have a full UK driving license and residency within the territory.

What We Offer:

Base Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + £24,000 OTE, car allowance, and comprehensive benefits.
