Medical Sales Leadership Opportunity

Progress Sales Recruitment is seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our client, a global leader in medical supplies, as their UK Sales Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the UK sales team, driving growth and development of the business, and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the UK sales team to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the business in the UK market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including NHS, Private Medical Market, and Business to Business sectors.
  • Collaborate with the UK leadership team to drive business growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales leadership in the medical sector.
  • Strong leadership style underpinned by ethics and passion for the medical market.
  • Excellent business planning and organisational skills.
  • Relevant product experience in Operating Theatre Solutions, Orthopaedics, Advanced Wound Care, Theatre Supplies, Surgical Solutions, and Patient Hygiene.
