Medical Sales Manager Opportunity

Progress Sales Recruitment is seeking an experienced Medical Sales Manager to lead our client's UK sales team. As a key member of the UK leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and development across the Acute and CCG markets.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales leadership within the medical sector, with a strong focus on strategy and implementation. You will be responsible for ensuring sales teams meet and exceed targets, and will have a strong leadership style underpinned by ethics and passion for the medical market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and improve medical sales teams to drive sales growth and development.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including NHS, Private Medical Market, and Business to Business sectors.
  4. Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of sales leadership within the medical sector.
  2. Pedigree in ensuring sales teams meet and exceed targets.
  3. Strong leadership style underpinned by ethics and passion for the medical market.
  4. Strong business planning and organisational skills.

Desirable:

  1. Relevant product experience - Operating theatre solutions / orthopaedics, Advanced Wound Care, Theatre Supplies, Surgical Solutions and Patient Hygiene.
  2. Experience selling to / leading teams in hospital, CCG and Business to Business sales.
