We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support our team in delivering exceptional financial advice to clients.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to financial advisors, ensuring seamless operations as a Business Operations Coordinator.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, documents, and reports.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, providing a smooth transition into our services.
  • Coordinate client meetings and follow-ups, ensuring timely responses and excellent service.
  • Manage client communications, responding promptly and professionally as a Business Operations Coordinator.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and experience supporting business operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in financial services or business operations is advantageous.

Location: Leicester

Salary Range: £24,000 - £25,000 per annum
