Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Administrator to join our team at The Recruitment Group. As a key member of the sales department, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and orders efficiently to ensure they meet customer demand and expectations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming sales admin and reception overflow calls with confidence and ownership of queries.
  • Process customer orders from the sales team or email and save them to the shared company drive.
  • Order new machines or make machine specification changes as needed.
  • Monitor machine status via Dealer Order Status software and update Salesforce with machine orders, demos, and leads.
  • Coordinate machine deliveries with transport suppliers and prepare necessary delivery documentation.
  • Record machine transport movements and log in the diary system.
  • Prepare and log all necessary sales documentation (F91/Lola, COC, CPA forms) and update relevant spreadsheets.
  • Scan, save, and post monthly machine files.
  • Assist the Sales Admin Manager and team during absences.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in a customer sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels – verbally, in print, and on the telephone.
  • Ability to manage time and projects effectively.
  • Professionalism, cheerfulness, co-operation, and flexibility are essential.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Software and ADP Computer System is required.
  • Strong networking skills are a must.

The successful candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. In return, we offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated salary range of £25-£26k per annum, based on location and experience.
