Bill's Restaurants are now recruiting for an Estates Co-Ordinator to join the Estates team, this role would be a great starting point for someone looking to put their hospitality experience into Estates Management.

This is a Head Office support role, within Bill’sProperty Team assisting the Estates Manager in overseeingthe day to day management of all things maintenance related but also to assistthe Head of Estates & Project Manager with any additional administrative andproject based tasks.

This will be a Hybrid role with a mix of On-Site, Office and Home working as required.

This will be mainly administrative and this requires being prepared to work in a fast paced environment that is highly taskdriven, a good level of organisation will be required.

  Key Responsibilities

 - Overseeing the day to day management ofreactive, contract & quoted maintenance to ensure our restaurants aretrading to their best ability.

- Provide support and guidance in all thingsmaintenance to both the operations and site based Teams.

- Review and release reactive callouts andmanage a tracker to see through to completion.

- Manage contract maintenance alongsideEstates Manager to ensure business is fully compliant.

- Maintain asset lists for all kitchen &bar equipment, as well as approving all restaurant’s Supply Only Orders onProNet.

- Manage Central Services accounts and be a first point of escalation for our restaurant teams.

- Work alongside contractors to maintain theirupdates on ProNett so most up to date information is available.

- Work alongside remainder of Bill’s EstateTeam assisting with administrative tasks and project work.

  Requirements

 ·Ideally have experiencein a hospitality background and have previously worked with ProNett F&Mportal.

· Must be able towork in a fast-paced environment that is highly task driven.

· Flexibility totravel around the country as and when required to visit our nationwiderestaurants.

· This role will be fulltime, 5 days a week with 2 days off. 40-45 hours per week.
