**An amazing opportunity** has arisen for an Estate Agent **Lettings Negotiator** to join a thriving independent sales and lettings Estate Agent in **Canary Wharf, London.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Following up enquiries
- Registering enquiries and arranging appointments
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Co-ordinating move-ins
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Arranging property viewings
- Accompanied viewings with prospective tenants
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, leases
- Provide regular updates to clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their property and addressing any concerns or enquiries.
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction
- Registering applicants and ensuring all required documentation is obtained
- Working as part of the Lettings team
- Any other duties as deemed necessary to assist the team

**Experience**:
No prior real estate experience or formal qualifications are required, as we offer world-class training and support to help you succeed in your new role.

We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualities:

- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting clients with their ideal properties. Your organisational and administrative skills will help you manage client relationships effectively. **Working hours for this position are 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and Saturday from 10am to 2pm.**

**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year
