A fantastic opportunity has arisen at Hutchison Ports, London Thamesport for a HR Administrator to join our team. We are looking for someone to provide an efficient and effective administrative service for the HR Department.

Reporting into the General Manager at London Thamesport, you will provide frontline service to internal and external stakeholders, supporting in recruitment and the administration of the Employee lifecycle.

Key Requirements

- Follow compliance and data processing procedures, ensuring these are followed and maintained in line with company policies.

- Work alongside the wider HR Team, collaborating on ideas with the other HPUK Ports.

- Proactively review HR Processes and recommend options for improvement to key stakeholders.

- Maintain all HR Data to the highest standard.

- Undertake the administration for a range of HR activities spanning the full employee lifecycle, including, but not limited to recruitment and leaver activities.

- Complete Audits of internal systems to ensure data quality and integrity.

- Build effective working relationships with a range of departments across HPUK.

- Support in the delivery of key projects across the HR function, researching and sharing information with colleagues as requested to formulate proposals, policies, briefings and presentations.

Who are we looking for?

Suitable applicants should meet the following criteria:

Essential:

· Well-developed planning, organising and administration skills.

· Effective communicator both verbally and in writing.

· Proven ability to work effectively with numbers, data, detail and processes.

· Proficient with technology, intermediate MS Office skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

· Evidence of working to an excellent standard in an HR or similar business administration team delivering a process-based service to a defined customer group
