HRGO are recruiting for a HR Administrator for a company near the Deeside Industrial Estate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration, with payroll management. This role will involve handling various HR tasks, with a some payroll processing and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Pay: £15 per hour, paid weekly
Contract Type: Temporary ongoing
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and on time for employees
- Assist in benefits administration and employee onboarding
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and HR policies
- Stay up-to-date on relevant labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting new hire orientations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
- Support performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience within a HR Admin role is essential
- Previous experience within payroll is essential
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, laws, and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, any knowledge of payroll software will be a bonus
