The HR Advisor will be responsible for:

- Overseeing employee relations cases
- Providing advice and guidance to both staff and manager
- Assisting in the recruitment process
- Maintaining the HR system, ensuring accurate and timely recording of new hire and departing employee details while adhering to legal requirements
- Reviewing, updating, and implementing policies and procedures
- Completing administrative tasks for new hires, such as creating offers and contracts
- Leading the induction process
- Promoting and facilitating initiatives to enhance employee engagement
- Absence management
- Developing comprehensive people-oriented reports for the organisation
- Performance management
- Aiding the Payroll Advisor in maintaining precise employee data for payroll purposes
- Assisting in various training and development projects
- Performing general HR administrative tasks

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful HR Advisor will have:

- A proven track record within a similar role
- CIPD L5 or above
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work under mínimal supervision
- A solid understanding of UK employment law and legislation
- A genuine desire to succeed
