Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Recruitment Solutions Workforce Ltd. As an HR Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the People Systems Team in executing tasks related to recruitment, company culture, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including advertising, interviewing, onboarding, inductions, and exit interviews.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law and regulations.
  • Compile and organize physical and digital employment records, tracking and reporting on holidays, sickness, and other generated data.
  • Support HR-related training programs and workshops.
  • Take minutes in various meetings, including investigations, disciplinary hearings, appeals, and general meetings.
  • Draft offer letters, invitations, and outcome letters for meetings.
  • Assist with internal communication channels to foster a transparent and inclusive company culture.
  • Provide a positive first impression to visitors, candidates, and new starters.
  • Manage logistics for meetings and events, including ordering food and beverages.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including hotel reservations and taxi bookings.
Requirements
  • CIPD level 3 qualification is desirable.
  • Several years of experience in a fast-paced, responsible position in the HR department is essential.
Skills and Qualities
  • Excellent knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
  • Ability to solve problems with a courageous and challenging mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Conflict resolution and management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all dealings with team members.
