Job Title: HR Administrator

Location: Derry/L'Derry

Salary: £25k+

Duration: Full Time / Permanent / No Hybrid

VANRATH are assisting a major Manufacturing company in their search for a skilled HR Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the preparation of files and policies for audits
  • Supporting absence management processes, including tracking trigger points and review dates
  • Administering benefits programs, including managing benefits platforms and ensuring timely payments to vendors
  • Managing the UK payroll, including pre-commit and post-commit activities
  • Maintaining confidentiality and providing administrative support to the HR team
  • Creating and maintaining personnel files, ensuring accurate and timely information
  • Collating metrics and data to support decision-making
  • Administering onboarding and offboarding processes, including liaison with IT
  • Seeking opportunities to innovate and automate HR processes using technology
  • Supporting recruitment campaigns, including job descriptions, advertising, and candidate management
About You:
  • CIPD Level 3 or Business-related qualification
  • Strong admin experience
  • Strong ability with Microsoft Excel, including producing charts, pivot tables, and V-lookups
  • Exposure to payroll administration
